THE IMPACT OF REAL-TIME CUSTOMER FEEDBACK ON BUSINESS OPERATIONS

This study aimed to determine the impact of real-time customer feedback on business operations, focusing on objectives to assess how real-time feedback influences decision-making, evaluate its effect on operational efficiency, and analyze its role in customer satisfaction. A survey research design was employed to gather comprehensive data from a broad sample, providing robust insights. Taro Yamane’s formula was used to determine a sample size of 350 respondents from the e-commerce industry in Lagos. The reliability coefficient score for the survey was 0.88, indicating strong reliability. Findings indicated that real-time customer feedback significantly enhances decision-making, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Recommendations include implementing real-time feedback mechanisms and integrating customer insights into operational strategies to drive efficiency and satisfaction.
